How to Order

1. Send me an Email

Send me an email to hanshyn.art@gmail.com titteld: "COMMISSION" with the details of your commission, if you are a Patreon please tell me in the email so you can get your discount. You can send me all the references and special notes you want, don't be shy, be sure to give me all the important stuff. I may require:

  • Character Details: Kindly share any specific details about the characters you would like me to illustrate, including visual references or simple sketches if available. Additionally, it would be immensely helpful if you could provide insights into their personalities, quirks, or any defining traits.
  • Background Preferences: If you have a particular background concept in mind, please describe it. Otherwise it will be a free simple background of my choice.
  • Pose and Mood: Please specify your desired pose and the mood you envision for the artwork. You can provide precise instructions or entrust me with creative freedom to design it accordingly.
  • Additional Considerations: If there are any other crucial details or specific elements you'd like me to consider during the creation process, please don't hesitate to share them. Your input is invaluable in ensuring your complete satisfaction.

2. Placing your order

When I'm ready to start working on your commission I'll send you the payment information. Once your order has been placed in the next 2-3 business days ASAP I'll make you a sketch to check it out.

3. Sketch Approval and Revisions

When the sketch is ready, I will send you a screenshot to look over. Revisions can be made at this time if requested.

4. Delivering your Commission

Once the preview is ok, I'll finish the commission in the next business days, I will send you the final files through Google Drive and a confirmation email.

Rules

I do accept:

  • SFW or NSFW
  • Your original character(s).
  • Bisexual characters
  • Furry, monsters, tentacles, or other anthropomorphic characters.
  • Futanari.
  • Androgynous man and woman.
  • Wedgies.
  • Yaoi or Yuri themes.
  • BDSM.
  • Live action characters, but not based on their counterparts (celebrities/actors).

I don't accept:

  • I do not make private commissions.
  • I do not draw real people and celebrities.
  • I do not draw original characters, artist, celebrities, vtubers; without permission.
  • Not pregnant.
  • Not extreme violence.
  • Not minors.
  • Not extreme obesity.
  • Not gigantic body parts.
  • I don't draw comics/mangas.
  • Not animated gifs.

Commission Policy

Read this before placing an order:

  1. By purchasing a commission from me, you automatically confirm that you have read and agree with my Commission Policy listed below.
  2. Payment is accepted only through PayPal in USD.
  3. A 100% advance payment is required. I will not charge you any money until I am ready to start working on your piece. Once I am ready to work on your commission, I will send you an invoice.
  4. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  5. Communication will only be through email. Any communication on other digital platforms may be ignored.
  6. Your Patreon discount will be based on your tier level at the time of reserving your place.
  7. Your Patreon discount will remain valid even if you drop your pledge.
  8. I reserve the right to publish all commissioned works on my social media for promotional purposes, but it may not be exclusive to my Patreon.
  9. You can request revisions and changes before the final render. Any changes requested after sketch approval may require an additional payment.
  10. The Photoshop file may show some layers merged due to compatibility issues with Krita.
  11. The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and any changes you request. If I require additional time to finish the work, I will send you an email to update you on the progress.
  12. If you provide an original character (OC), I will not use it for personal convenience or monetary gain, nor will I take credit for its design.
  13. A variant refers to adding elements to the existing artwork, such as adding or removing elements like: clothes, changing expressions, or adding tentacles, etc. It does not include adding characters, changing the position of characters, changing the pose of characters, or changing the background.
  14. You have 6 months to download your files from Google Drive. After that time, I will delete the folder and any links. If you require more time to download, please send me an email.
  15. WORKING HOURS: My working hours are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you contact me or place an order while I am out of the studio, I will get back to you as soon as possible on the next business day. If a proof date falls on a weekend or holiday, I will move it to the next business day.
  16. CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: cancellations and refunds are not allowed after your order has been placed due to the unique and original nature of the artwork. However, you have the right to re-order any other artwork within your payment. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
  17. WORKING TOOLS: I work with the software Krita, and a Wacom tablet.
  18. PERSONAL USE LICENSE: a personal use license is granted for original content of yours. Illustrations may be used for any home projects, such as hanging as artwork, printing on holiday cards, or giving as gifts. However, they may not be used for commercial purposes, such as logos, websites, NFTs, or anything that generates a profit.
